- Abstract
This paper discusses the necessity and methods of implementing the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) philosophy in engineering surveying courses, analyzes the problems in the existing teaching model, such as the contradiction between course content and industry development needs, and the difficulties in integrating theoretical and practical teaching. It proposes the design of teaching syllabi based on the OBE philosophy, the construction of a curriculum system, the creation of an integrated online and offline teaching model, and project-driven practical teaching methods. Finally, it discusses the assessment and evaluation system for engineering surveying courses based on OBE, aiming to improve teaching quality and cultivate high-quality engineering technical talents that meet the needs of the times through these reform measures.
