- Abstract
This paper takes the “Jiangsu Province Sports Event Activity Information Management System” as the research object, and from the perspective of government governance, systematically analyzes its current operation status, existing problems, and optimization paths. The study finds that the platform has preliminarily realized the full-cycle digital management of event declaration, risk assessment, and graded and classified supervision by constructing a four-tier architecture of “infrastructure-business application-data resources-application support,” and has embedded a combination of tools such as administrative record-keeping and interview evaluation, significantly improving event safety and resource utilization efficiency. However, the platform still faces practical problems such as deviations in the performance of duties by the executing personnel, uneven coverage of the entire process supervision (weak supervision during and after the event), and insufficient information disclosure and public response, which are rooted in the absence of administrative law enforcement power, imperfect technical support, and the lack of inter-departmental collaborative mechanisms. In response to the above issues, this paper proposes three optimization paths: first, establishing an inter-departmental collaboration framework to strengthen law enforcement coordination and professional training for personnel; second, constructing a fully closed-loop supervision process covering “pre-event-during event-post-event” and relying on real-time data analysis and intelligent response to enhance dynamic control capabilities; third, forming a multi-center bilateral interaction mechanism empowered by digitalization, and promoting information sharing and collaborative decision-making among government, market, and societal entities through blockchain and cloud computing technologies.
