Abstract

Redox reaction is one of the core concepts in basic chemistry. The formation of the concept of oxidation-reduction reaction went through a process from narrow definition in junior high school chemistry to broad definition in high school chemistry. By exploring the historical facts of ancient Chinese chemistry and real-life scenarios in daily life and production, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the application cases of redox reactions through practical experience and computer simulation. Understand the chemical reasons for the appearance of different metals in historical periods and the storage characteristics of common substances, explain the phenomena in daily life and production, and strengthen the connection between redox reactions and daily life and production.
