Abstract

Digital forensics is a branch of forensic science, which focuses on identifying, acquiring, processing, analyzing and reporting data stored electronically. In the information age, electronic evidence is an integral part of almost all criminal activities, and digital forensics support is very important for law enforcement investigation. Different from the traditional way of obtaining evidence, digital forensics requires more technicians and equipment. This essay focuses on analyzing the challenges in digital forensics and exploring solutions to overcome them.
