- Abstract
This paper adopts the social network analysis method to conduct an in-depth study on the core stakeholders in the pre-investment decision-making stage of the old industrial area recycling project, establishes the social network of stakeholders through expert scoring and questionnaire statistics, and identifies the core stakeholders through the centrality analysis and structural hole analysis. The conclusions of the study provide an important reference for the coordination of the interests of the project and are of practical significance for the promotion of the old industrial area reclamation and utilization project.
