- Abstract
The mode based on industry-university integration is a important way of talents training for vocational higher education. Talents training mode is the standard form of talents training. With the development of China's new era of social economy and technology, the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational education will undergo significant changes. Comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of higher vocational education at home and abroad. According to the requirements put forward by the state for the reform of higher vocational education, combining the experience of education and teaching reform in our college, propose the concept, mechanism, and technology of constructing a talent training model for vocational colleges based on the “Double High Plan”. Exploring effective ways to training high-level technical and skilled talents.
