Abstract

In the process of social progress and development, the development level and quality of China’s education is constantly improving, and at the same time, the education sector has put forward new requirements and new standards for education, so as to provide services and help for students’ learning and development. In the process of education in colleges and universities, ideological education and mental health education play an important role, and the effective integration of the two can not only improve the integrity of students’ personality, but also ensure the health and stability of students’ psychology. At this stage, most institutions gradually recognize the importance of the integration of ideological education and mental health education, and many institutions have already implemented it and achieved good results, but there are still some problems to be solved in practice. Based on this, this paper summarizes the problems that exist in the practice of our school, and puts forward a targeted and effective practice method, in order to provide a reference for the orderly development of integrated education.
