Abstract

The recovery of tourism after the epidemic has become an important engine to pull the economic growth, and the quality of tourism service has become an important influence factor to attract tourists, which cannot be separated from the high-quality tour guide team. Based on the survey of gold medal tour guides in Guangzhou City, the modified Delphi method is used to determine the characteristic elements affecting their growth, so as to summarize the growth law of gold medal tour guides and propose the corresponding training mode accordingly.
