- Abstract
The New Quality Productive Forces (NQPF) theory, central to China’s innovation-led growth, prioritizes efficiency, quality, and technological progress, providing an innovative approach to programming education. This study tackles challenges in the C Programming course for Internet of Things Engineering students, such as inadequate interaction, outdated content, and limited assessment techniques. A holistic reform model was developed, integrating curriculum redesign, advanced digital resources, and comprehensive evaluation methods. By employing AI-supported projects and tools like PTA and Notion, alongside industry-relevant tasks, the model boosts student participation and coding skills. Empirical results reveal notable gains in engagement, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking, aligning with NQPF goals and equipping students for technological advancements.
