- Abstract
Nowadays, with the development of Extended Reality (XR) technology, this technology is gradually being applied to daily cooking. This article mainly analyzes the positive feedback and information display in three cases (AR based interactive cooking guidance system, HoloChef XR mixed reality cooking assistant, Counter Intelligence kitchen AR system), and finds that XR’s ad-vantages in cooking are significantly improving the user experience, increasing the accuracy of user guidance, and making assisted cooking more convenient. There are defects in information display, such as insufficient clarity and lack of uniformity in ingredient information. Thus, it was concluded that personalized switch options, clear information display, and unified cooking standards can be provided to enhance user immersion and provide appropriate positive feedback, thereby improving the overall experience. Reasonable optimization and targeted functional adjustment can effectively make up for existing shortcomings, further promote the popularization of XR cooking technology, and lay a solid foundation for the future progress of smart home catering services.
