- Abstract
Vocal singing, as a highly complex form of artistic expression, involves multi-dimensional factors in its ability cultivation. This study explores the formation mechanism of vocal singing ability from the perspective of physiological and psychological integration, analyses the interactions between four core elements: vocal organs and breath control, timbre and vocal health, emotion regulation and artistic performance, singing anxiety and psychological quality, and proposes a strategy of vocal ability cultivation based on the synergy of body and mind. The study emphasises that vocal training should break through the traditional technology-oriented mode and establish an integrated cultivation system in which physiological mechanisms and psychological factors promote each other, so as to provide new ideas for the theoretical innovation and practical reform of vocal education.
