- Abstract
Building a high-level professional teaching team is an inevitable requirement to promote the reform and innovation of teaching mode in Vocational Colleges and test the actual effect of the construction of teaching staff. Taking the teaching team construction of automotive electronic technology specialty in Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational University as an example, this paper expounds the development measures of building a high-level and high-quality professional teaching team, and discusses the construction practice of team construction from five aspects: team teachers’ ability construction, professional construction and innovation, modular teaching reform, teaching method innovation and technical skill innovation, and refines the characteristics and innovation of professional teaching team construction, so as to provide reference for the construction of similar professional teaching teams.
