- Abstract
Hotel industry operates 24 hours a day round the year, operational hours along with prolonged working in hotels effect work life balance of employees who are working in the hotels. Work life balance is a complex concept which even after several research cannot be restricted to limited words; it can be stated as a perfect balance between personal life and professional life of an individual which will result in employee satisfaction Research work is been carried out using primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected with the help of questionnaire using Likert 5-point scale while the secondary data of the research was collected from reputed journal of renowned indexing Result of the study stated that stated that work life balance is an important phenomenon which has huge impact on employees who are working in the organization Work life is an important aspect which highly affect employee satisfaction. Organization should emphasize of effective work life balance strategies to retain human resource in the organization.
