- Abstract
Ezydu’a is an augmented reality (AR) mobile application tailored for informal education settings to assist children in memorizing daily routine du’a. Recognizing the challenges faced by children in informal learning environments, the app employs a user-centered design (UCD) approach to develop engaging and effective learning experiences. Through iterative design and evaluation, Ezydu’a incorporates interactive AR elements, such as markers and virtual objects, to enhance children’s learning process. Formative evaluation findings have guided significant improvements in content, character design, interface, and navigation. By leveraging AR technology within an informal learning context, Ezydu’a aims to make du’a memorization enjoyable and accessible for young learners.
