- Abstract
This article explores innovative student management in automobile repair majors by integrating moral education with the PDCA cycle and humanized management. It proposes a “PDCA+humanized” dual-spiral system, incorporating professional ethics and safety norms through school-enterprise collaboration. Using rooted theory and participatory observation, the study employs measures like professional ability matrices and master-apprentice pairings to enhance core literacy. Results show improved student professionalism, safety awareness, and skills, while reducing training costs and boosting corporate satisfaction. Challenges, such as ensuring tutor participation and meeting personalized needs, are noted, with suggestions for future optimization. The study offers theoretical and practical insights for vocational education management reform.
