Abstract

When GenAI reshapes the technology boundary in a monthly cycle, the global telecommunications industry is undergoing a quiet revolution. Operators are no longer willing to “pipe” the fate, but instead compete for the infrastructure voice in the AI era. This paper sorts out the development context and key terms of AI technology, analyzes the impact of AI wave on telecom operators, puts forward the strategic transformation ideas of telecom operators’ AI, and gives examples of typical AI application practice directions of telecom operators, and finally summarizes the future application fields of telecom operators’ AI.
